Any core trust and wealth management core system you select is going to also need ancillary systems. RJM Resources will assist you in evaluating and selecting these ancillary systems. We have extensive knowledge of:

Interface Testing Plans
Well-designed, fully tested interfaces are key to a successful transition. RJM Resources will assist you in making sure internal and external systems are receiving data prior to solution live date.
Expanded Project Planning
System vendors will supply a “rip and replace” project plan. Their plan will be limited to the core system functions. RJM Resources will supply an expanded project plan that includes:
- internal and external communication needs
- ancillary system selection and contracts
- interface builds
- testing plans
System Configuration Support
The effective configuration of a new system is key to all downstream efforts and outcomes. RJM Resources will walk you through the system setup and configuration process, making sure your initial selections won’t cause conversion and/or processing issues.
Trial and Conversion Reconciliation Support
One of the key responsibilities your team will take on through the conversion process is reconciling trial data loads. Most core system transitions include two trial data loads. RJM Resources will assist your team with this reconciliation.
We will make sure accounts and assets are loaded accurately. We will also provide your team with a list of internal review items (account names, DOB, Address records, contact information, account type, etc.).
Testing and Training Plans
When transitioning to a new core solution, there is nothing more important than user training and testing. RJM Resources will draft comprehensive training, testing and practice plans for your entire staff based on their roles and responsibilities.
Compliance Review
RJM Resources will meet with your audit and compliance teams to make sure their concerns are addressed. We will:
- review and reconcile your RCT filing
- review your administrative and investment reviews
- assist in documenting asset reconciliations
- assist in rewriting SOC reports (if applicable)
