We conduct interviews and roundtable discussions with your key staff members to learn where processes and systems aren’t meeting their needs. RJM Resources will document staff concerns and review with your executive team to align our selection efforts with your needs.

RFP Draft, Review, and Distribution to Vendors
RJM Resources has a database of over 350 standard RFP questions. Based on your input, we will select the questions that align with your priorities. We will draft your RFP, review with your selection team and distribute the RFP to appropriate vendor candidates.
RFP Results Analysis and Presentation
RJM Resources will analyze all RFP responses and prepare a detailed summary of how responses meet your stated goals. Each responding vendor will be given scores based on how well they match your stated priorities.
Vendor Demonstration Scheduling and Agendas
Based on the RFP response scoring, you will select a vendor finalist list. RJM Resources will schedule vendor demonstrations for these finalists. We will work with your selection team to make sure your key folks are available, provide you with demonstration agendas and we will lead these demonstrations to make sure all relevant items are covered.
Vendor Demonstration Analysis
RJM Resources will meet with your team to discuss the finalist vendor demonstrations. Based on these discussions, RJM Resources will prepare a demonstration score card.
Final Vendor Selection Support
RJM Resources will lead your team in a final vendor selection discussion. The RFP and demonstration scorecards will be presented, along with all specific team concerns. From this discussion, a final vendor will be chosen.
