Meet RJM Change Management

RJM Change Management was formed in 2021 with the specific goal of assisting Wealth Management firms to explore alternatives to aging, legacy, inefficient, systems.

We help Wealth Management firms make well-informed decisions regarding the options they have to improve profitability, expand offerings, improve customer deliverables and control personnel costs.

  • We believe that no Wealth Management firm should be "sold" a solution by a vendor.
  • We believe that Wealth Management firms should evaluate all of their options and partner with the solution providers that best fit their business model and needs.
  • We assist by interviewing your Wealth Management staff, creating a success/pain point report, matching expressed needs to current solution providers and walking you through the transition process from a current state to future state environment.
